Shanti Yoga

"Infinite time and no ambition"; based on the work of Vanda Scaravelli, Shanti yoga is a process of making strong connection with the earth, following the breath and allowing the spine to release as it will. This mindful practice is about unlearning, letting go, and moving into asanas differently as we follow the wisdom of the body.
